Commissioned to design and develop a minimalistically powerful electric bike — ready to conquer most road conditions, for both first-user and end-user markets. This is the full journey, from the first pencil line to the road.
The design team opened with multiple creative strategies, converging on a theme matched precisely to the client's brief: minimal, powerful, comfortable. Hundreds of sketch iterations narrowed to the silhouette that would carry through to production.

Chosen directions were developed into full 3D form studies — clay-neutral renders refining stance, proportion and ergonomics before any material or colour decisions entered the room.

The bike was intricately assembled using componentry axis modelling — enabling accurate Finite Element Analysis and aerodynamic simulation before a single part was made.

Artivo's global network of manufacturers and suppliers delivered accurate prototypes — then every assembly was pushed through validation: component fit, environmental exposure, water ingress and thermal endurance.

Certified, manufactured and launched — the GP Hybrid went from brief to market in six months, carrying its minimal silhouette from the first sketch through to the street.
